With substantial capital investment from both foreign and domestic sources, Phuc Thien Long Investment Co. Ltd (PTL) was able to diversify our business into many sectors such as:
- Investing in technology to better the environment – our aimed is to aid in protecting the public health and contribute to the socio-economic development of our country.
- Investing in business development, commercial real estate and the construction industry - all these projects are aimed at rising the living standard in Vietnam, so that we can live in the same modern and clean environment as the rest of the world.
- Since 2008 PTL has continued to develop at a fast paste. In the real estate department, PTL began investing in projects which are located in popular tourist areas such as resort – luxury sea side villas-Omega Heaven - Nha Trang, Commercial Center – office building, luxury apartments in Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province and memorial parks in Long Tho - Cam My - Dong Nai.
In order to further diversify PTL’s investments, in 2009, PTL officially began to heavily invest in projects which are of an environmental nature. in that year, the company built two waste treatment plants in Vietnam. This took the company into a new direction and soon became the company’s main focus.
- We expected that in 2010, PTL will complete our Memorial Park in Long Tho - Nhon Trach - Dong Nai Province (land mass of 20 hectares).
